Customers may cancel an online reload replenishment transaction within 7 days,
provided the full transaction credit amount is available. Cancellation requests
can only be handled in person at Gibtelecom’s Customer Service Centre and
customers are required to bring the following information relating to the
• transaction number
• online receipt
• mobile number recharged
• replenishment amount
• date & time of transaction.
Gibtelecom aims to refund the full
amount within 30 days.
Any refunds resulting from erroneous entries of mobile number
and/or credit amount details will not be entertained.
